Questions about the ordering process, shipping and returns
We ship all orders promptly after receiving payment via DHL. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping to other EU countries takes approximately 3-7 business days.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipment, we'll gladly submit a tracking request to DHL and check the delivery status again from our end. In this case, please feel free to send an email with your order number to info@inveno-shop.de .
We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over €50.
For orders with a merchandise value of less than €50,– we charge shipping costs of €4.99.
For orders within the EU, we charge shipping costs of €13.99. For orders outside the EU, we charge shipping costs of €24.99 - €49.99.

Once we have packed and prepared your order for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Should an item in your order be damaged, not meet your quality expectations, or have a material defect after use, please contact our customer service immediately.
- Write an email with your order number in the subject line to info@inveno-shop.de .
- Give us a description of the shortage and how it arose.
- Add at least one photo to the description where the defect is clearly visible.
- After receiving your email, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
At inveno-shop.de, you have the option to return items within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send us an email to info@pety.eu with the subject line "Return" and include your order number. You are not required to state a reason for the return, but your feedback helps us improve our products and service.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
- Send the package to the specified return address:

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned items to the payment method used for the order. The refund should be processed within 2-3 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse.
General product questions
The PETY dog playpen is made of the following materials: polyester, mesh fabric, aluminum, fiberglass and nylon.
Take the playpen out of the bag and place it on the floor. Hold the PETY by the top of the frame crown and loosen the fastening strap so the legs can unfold. Lift the frame crown until the legs unfold. Press the frame crown firmly and straight down until you hear a click. Finally, insert the safety clip between the bars under the frame crown.

First, remove the safety clip under the frame crown. Grasp the two opposing lower bars from above with your fingers and push upwards. Simultaneously, push both hands inwards towards the frame axle and downwards until the frame legs fold to the ground. Fold the frame legs inwards back into their original position and secure the locking strap.

All products come with a 2-year warranty.
The roof is made of UPF 30+ rated material and protects your dog from UV rays and rain. Please note that it can still get warm under the roof in summer.
We offer the following accessories for the PETY dog playpen:
The PETY dog playpen is available in two sizes. The large playpen has a diameter of 150 cm and a height of 100 cm (interior dimensions). The small playpen has a diameter of 100 cm and a height of 60 cm (interior dimensions).
We regularly attend dog shows in Europe with the PETY dog playpen. Please visit our trade fair page to find out about upcoming dates.
We recommend the large PETY playpen (150 cm x 100 cm) for children with a shoulder height of approximately 50 cm or more.
The base of the PETY can be removed via a zipper and machine washed. The fabric of the PETY can be cleaned with a damp cloth. For heavier soiling, the fabric can be removed from the poles and cleaned with water. Due to the zipper and plastic parts, we do not recommend washing the fabric in a washing machine.
The floor mat is waterproof and easy to clean. To inflate, open the cap and wait until the mat fills with air. Once inflated, close the cap again.
There is no weight limit for the PETY.
