Shipping and Delivery Options

We offer standard shipping within the EU and selected other countries. In some cases, a third-party provider manages our inventory and is responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over €50.

For orders with a value of less than €50, we charge shipping costs of €4.99.

For orders within the EU*, we charge shipping costs of €13.99. For orders outside the EU, we charge shipping costs of €24.99 - €99.99.

Customs fees

If you place an order outside the EU, customs fees may apply. Customs fees will be charged directly to you by the responsible authority.

Delivery time

Orders to Germany that are received by 12:00 noon Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will usually arrive the next day. Delays may occur under certain circumstances.
